The Warren Model
Before we work together, your idea goes in front of a Warren panel — a Shark Tank-style evaluation where we ask hard questions. We look at the market, the margins, the founder, and the plan.
If we believe in it, we work together. If we do not, we tell you why — and that conversation alone is worth having.
Our model is simple: a one-time startup retainer discussed during your first evaluation, then a manageable monthly fee to cover our costs, plus a fair profit-sharing agreement we negotiate together. We only make money when you make money. And we show you exactly the value we deliver — monthly, transparently, on a rolling basis.
